Use of Artificial Intelligence Systems

The Professional informs the Client that, in carrying out the engagement, traditional professional expertise may be supplemented by the use of advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) systems, including generative language models (LLMs), exclusively for supporting and ancillary purposes.

In particular, the systems used may include:

• legal research systems, which make it possible to find relevant laws, judgments or precedents more quickly, allowing the Professional to devote more time to legal analysis and strategy;
• systems that assist in drafting and reviewing documents, supporting the Professional in preparing and reviewing standard parts of deeds and contracts more quickly and accurately, in order to focus on the matters of greatest interest to the Client;
• systems that support negotiations, helping to compare proposals, highlight critical clauses and suggest alternatives, providing a basis for faster and more informed reasoning;
• tools that incorporate AI systems, such as webmail, email clients, web browsers and word-processing software.

It remains understood that professional activity, critical assessments, legal interpretation and decisions are, in any event, entrusted to the intellectual work of the Professional, who assumes full responsibility for them.
